📦 Return policy

All our fan articles are produced individually to order. We therefore ask for your understanding that a return or exchange is not possible if the item is not to your liking, in the wrong size or if you change your mind.

✅ Complaints in the event of printing errors or damage

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly printed, you can submit a complaint within 30 days of receipt. Please send an e-mail to info@eintracht-international.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the problem

  • Clear photos of the damage

If the fault lies with production, we will take full responsibility and send you a replacement free of charge.

📦 Loss in transit

If your order does not arrive, the complaint must be made no later than 30 days after the expected delivery date. Unfortunately, we can no longer offer a replacement after this time.

❌ No right of withdrawal in the following cases

  • Products that are made to customer specifications or are clearly personalized

  • Hygiene articles such as sealed face masks that cannot be returned after opening

  • Returns due to incorrect address details by the customer

  • Uncollected deliveries

In these cases, no refund will be made and a new delivery is only possible at your own expense.

ℹ️ Note for customers from the EU

In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of EU Directive 2011/83, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of:

  1. Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly personalized

  2. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery
